Overlooking a horse farm and just minutes away from Keeneland racetrack, the KY Horse Pk, Bourbon Trail, Local Craft Breweries, Vineyards and Kentucky State Capital. Located on a quiet estate that is a secure area for walking, running and cycling. The house is suitable for couples, single travelers, adventurists and cyclists.Custom house in quiet subdivision This private house has three bedrooms available for rent either individually or together. Located in Fishers Mill on a quiet cul-de-sac. It overlooks a horse farm. A short drive to historic downtown Midway with it's excellent restaurants and boutique stores. Each room has a private bathroom. Guests have shared access to the fully equipped kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Patio and grill are available for your use or relax and view the spectacular sunsets whilst sitting on the Patio. I live in the house. I come and go frequently but will be there to meet you. I am available if you have any questions or would like recommendations for local spots to visit during your stay. The neighborhood is safe for walking, running and cycling.
