Waterfront in Houghton

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. We love dogs and do welcome them but do charge an extra $10 nightly fee per dog. Please send me any questions. The house is located across from the water right salong the walking trail that can lead you to either the beach or towards the University. In the winter the walking path becomes the snowmobile trail for easy access to the woods. We are located in a family neighborhood and therefore ask you to respect our neighbors. Please do not have any loud parties. If using the trails for 4 wheeling or snowmobiling please obey local laws and ordinances. We are located in a family neighborhood and loud parties are not allowed. Please enjoy the space in a respectful way.
