Hillside Sanctuary with Views-Short Walk to Beach

This private hillside sanctuary is a short walk to the beach and town. The cottage has a rustic beach atmosphere with a view of the ocean from the small deck off the main floor and from several windows. Cozy, private and light, there are three levels to the house, each with its own entrance. Both the main level with kitchen, bath, and living room, and the upstairs master that has a Queen bed and bathroom, are perched above the neighbors, and look straight into the monarch butterfly reserve that is across the street. The lower level is a simple bedroom with no attached bath. Kitchen is small, and the fridge is not full size. Main level bath features a claw foot tub. Gas Grill. Dogs are allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: Upstairs: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin pull out. Main level: 2 Queen pull out futons. Lower level: 1 Full. NOTE: The bedroom on the lower level of the structure is accessed by going outside. This bedroom does not have a bathroom and is not suitable for small children. NOTE: All bookings are subject to owner approval.
