Step back into time in 1870 Italianate

1867 historic home in the city of Marshall, Mi. Bedroom located on the second floor with private sitting room. You can walk among the gardens or sit back by the water feature with a book or beverage. Three blocks from the Fountain and shopping. All walking distance. Great River walk along the Kalamazoo river. Marshall is a great stopover between Detroit and Chicago and Indianapolis and Port Huron. A great small historical town to stop for the evening for dinner and a comfortable bed. You have your private bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. You also have freedom to sit in either of the 3 parlors, and conservatory along with several outdoor areas. Ice water,tea or coffee is available in kitchen. I like to welcome my guests when they arrive and show them to their rooms. I will not be at my residence 24/7 but am only a phone call away should the need arise. I serve a.light breakfast from 8:00a.m. to 9:00a.m. of yogurt, fresh fruits, granola, homemade breads, tea and coffee. I usually sit and socialize with you. My neighborhood is a friendly "hello" as residents walk past with their children and dogs. Parking is at the rear of my home with the option of a 2 point turn around rather than backing down the drive. The shower control has been exorcised and is now normal. Extra blankets (if needed) are in your closet. The controls for your select comfort mattress are at the head of the bed on the side.
