Bucks Tranquility

Peaceful setting within an easy commute to the Poconos, Philadelphia, KOP, New Hope, etc. The private guest space consists of 4 rooms. A large family room with TV, king sized bed, couch, tv, coffee maker, etc. A smaller room with a full sized futon. A half bath. A sun room with exercise equipment and a sauna. The full bath that is reserved for guest use during visits is located in the shared area of the house. The full kitchen is also located in the shared area of the house. We live in the house, and work from home, as such we are not able to rent the entire house and ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 8pm. Private entrance, private space on the lower level with mini refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, half bath, sauna and exercise room, plenty of parking, wifi. Laundry is located on the same floor but the host's may need access through a separate hallway during longer stays. Shared space upstairs - full kitchen, full bath(for guest use only but located in the shared living space), pool, yard, fire pit We are happy to interact with guests as much or as little as wanted and enjoy meeting folks from all walks of life. Private home on 3 acres of land just minutes from town. There is not much public transportation immediately available so a car or uber/lyft would be needed to get around.
