Inn keepers, Dee and Bernie, offer guests a true B&B experience in their nineteenth century Victorian home. Their cozy two story is situated on a small farm in the heart of Franklinville, NJ. Due to its close proximity to Rowan University, several beach locations, and Philadelphia, it is the ideal place to stay for a quiet getaway. The Maltman house is approximately 30 minutes from Philadelphia and within 50 minutes to several shore points. The space offers one to two private bedrooms and one bathroom. Common areas include the dining room, where coffee and snacks are served. Dee’s farm kitchen offers a welcoming space to enjoy your complimentary home cooked breakfast. The living room offers guests a common area for reading and relaxation. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out Monday through Saturday is 11:00 a.m. Sunday check-out is 9:30 a.m. Specific requests for earlier or later check-in and check-out times may be accommodated upon request. Linens, towels, and pillows are found in each of the bedroom closets. Snacks are available in the dining room area daily.
