This is a two story unit with a kitchenette, living room and bathroom on the first floor and a studio loft on the second floor. Two decks, one on each level overlook the farm. Recently renovated. Great light floods the unit. Central heat & AC. Enjoy the farm and the bucolic setting in Woodstock. Watch the alpaca from your windows or deck. Cafes for morning breakfast and fine dining await. Guests have access to the farm except the alpaca barn. Guests can see and interact with the alpacas right outside the apartment. The only practical method is to have a car We are 1.5 hours from Boston, 50 minutes from Providence or Hartford, 35 minutes from Worcester and about 3 hours from NYC. Pomfret School, Rectory School and Woodstock Academy are all within 5-10 minutes. The University of Connecticut (UCONN) at Storrs is 35 minutes away via easy country roads.
