Cozy nautical style 800 sq ft area on the top floor of the building which is blue and white. Downtown walking distance to all shopping and amenities in Port Carling. Water view and if you bring a boat there is boating access to the Indian river, goes directly into lake Muskoka, 5 minute lock ride to Lake Rosseau and lake Joseph. Beautiful big deck completely renovated, new and clean. Lots of walking areas, sight seeing with great Restaurante's and a quick trip into Bracebridge or Gravenhurst. Our place is in a small village located in downtown Port Carling by the famous Muskoka lakes. The apartment is on top of a real estate office. Private with a nice big deck and totally separate backyard. You can walk to all the shops, cafes and Restaurante's. It's close drive up to the town of Bracebridge or Gravenhurst for experiencing these quaint towns. Lots of good Restaurante's to visit. Our place is cozy and quaint and perfect for relaxing. Park in the gated private parking lot with walking access to the dock walk. . The town is full of activity in the summer tourist season which runs May 24 to September. Lots of boats to watch go by. It is peaceful and quiet in the evenings when all the boaters have gone home. The dock area provides walking distance to shops and Restaurante's. There are 2 grocery stores 5 minute drive away. Turn left as you exit the parking lot to go there. You can walk or bike around locally in Port Carling, drive to Bracebridge or Gravenhurst. If you bring a boat there is a boat launch in Hanna park in town with a little toddler sandy beach there too. There is a big old fashioned style boat that you pay 35.00 per person and it takes you on a tour to Gravenhurst or lake Rosseau beautiful worth the ride. There is a big cushion for the outside swing behind the door in the office. Please bring in each evening incase it starts raining.
