Cozy Canyon guesthouse near WTAMU campus

This apartment is next door to our home. It is a separate building with a separate entrance. It does have a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. It has a kitchenette and bathroom/shower. We are located across the street from WTAMU and a few blocks away from the heart of Canyon. Not far from great places to eat or grocery stores to purchase food to cook your own meal in the stocked kitchen. Palo Duro Canyon is a short drive away. is a detached apartment. It has a separate enterance and a small kitchen. It has one queen sized bed and one pull out couch. It is perfect for one person, a couple or small family. We have anything you need to be comfortable. The space had been newly remodeled and we work hard to keep it clean and appealing! The apartment has a mini split unit for heating and air conditioning. phillip and are are available at any time if assistance is needed. We are perfectly happy to visit with you or completely respect your privacy! The neighborhood is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in a small college town.
