Free parking. Farmer's market right down the street! Conveniently located, modern farmhouse property consists of three apartment units, white barn, lush back yard, hammock and fire pit. Built in the 1950's, the space listed here is our beautiful, private one-bedroom apartment that has been thoughtfully updated, furnished and stocked with essentials. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, central air and is located on the ground floor (adjacent to the main house). 3 Beds + Air Mattress: 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen air mattress Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, linen, other essentials Apartment sleeps 1-4 guests comfortably. Can squeeze 5-6 depending on your situation but may be a tight fit. Linen, pillows and towels provided for all arrangements. Lititz Pike is a main road, so please be sure to read the notes below. Guests have free parking on the premises (2 cars max), two private entrances and access to the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware and serveware and the pantry contains key items like coffee, olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, sugar, creamer and other essentials to get you started. Located directly across from Landis Woods Park and Neffsville Mennonite Church. Two doors down from Brooklawn Farmer's Market. I manage initial communication and incoming reservations. Arrival instructions will be sent once booking is confirmed. My father, Henri, takes it from there! Henri owns and occupies the property. He will meet you at check-in and/or check-out and be your primary point of contact throughout the duration of your stay. In the event we cannot meet you for check-in/check-out, we will provide instructions on how to use the lock box for entry. We have a family friend that lives on the property as well so you may see her coming and going. She's nice! Super convenient!! Property is located between downtown Lancaster and Historic Lititz (10-15 minute drive to both). Located directly across from Landis Woods Park, Neffsville Mennonite church and just down the street from Brooklawn Farmer's Market. 10 minute drive to train station (Amtrak LNC). Bus stop less than 1/4 of a mile away. Please Note: This property is located on a main road. Expect to hear some traffic! We love it!!
