450 Sq Ft studio, located on the 2nd floor. Very cozy with private entrance and parking space. Queen size bed and a sofa sleeper, country setting, very quite, fire pit. This unit is above my work studio which I use when I get the time to tinker with a project. It is very safe place. Located less than 1 mile from the Metra train station. 20-25 minutes to O'Hare. Very close to shopping. Neighboring towns Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bartlett, Elgin, Streamwood. We are located in a un-incorporated area which allow us to have fires in our fire pit. Our home is on an Acre and a half. During the summer we will make our pool available to use as well. Beautiful and quite and very safe. We are 1 block from the bike and jogging path. We will be more than happy to give you a ride to the train if we are around. If not Uber is always near. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. Pretty much all you will need.
