Charming 2 Bedroom Beach Getaway!

If you are looking for a cozy beach escape with PERFECT location, look no further. This upgraded 2BR apartment is in the heart of Sunset Beach. It is steps from the sand, famous restaurants, Huntington Harbor, and much more. This 2BR beach apartment is truly one-of-a-kind. If you are big on location but still want an updated and comfortable place to stay, look no further. Walk downstairs and be standing a few yards from the beach where you can sunbathe, surf, swim, and relax. If you need a bite to eat after the beach, famous restaurants such as Schooner's at Sunset and Captain Jacks are only a few feet away. You can also head across the street to a popular launch-off point in Huntington Harbor for kayaking and paddleboarding (they offer rentals too!). The Sunset Beach community center, which has a basketball court, is our next-door neighbor and the nearby greenbelt is perfect for joggers, bike rides, and evening strolls. With how much this area has to offer, you'll never find yourself bored. In addition to two queen beds (one day-bed that pulls-out into a queen), the couch easily converts into an additional bed, allowing the apartment to sleep six if needed. Most things are new as the apartment just underwent a recent remodel. Amenities include 3 LED TVs, new furniture and fixtures, Verizon FiOS with blazing fast internet, DVR, HBO, Showtime, and much more. This is a smaller apartment (~750 square feet) but it is a perfectly cozy and charming beach escape! If you are looking to relax and have a great experience in one of the most beautiful beach communities in Orange County, you have found the right place. Guests have access to everything in the apartment and off-street parking. I am happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. I will greet you upon arrival but after that, I will only make myself present if I am requested in order to give privacy to all guests. I live in the unit below but am in-and-out most of the time. However, I am always available through text or call. Sunset Beach is the perfect spot for relaxing in Orange County. It is a small and quaint community but offers many amenities and is known for having a true beach culture. Many residents love to hang out at the beach, surf, sunbathe, kite-board, paddleboard or kayak in the harbor, visit the local bars and restaurants with live music, shop, have bonfires at Bolsa Chica, ride bicycles, jog along the greenbelt, rollerblade, and much much more. Whether you just want to unwind by the beach or want somewhere with an active lifestyle, Sunset Beach is the place for you. If you ever feel the need to leave Sunset Beach, you are central to everything in Orange County. 15-20 minute drive to Long Beach Airport, 25 minute drive to Santa Ana (John Wayne) Airport. You are also one house off of PCH and only a few minutes of a drive to Main Street Huntington Beach and Seal Beach. Bolsa Chica Beach, which offers camping and fire pits for bonfires, is within walking distance. Most other places in Orange County are only a short drive. The ceilings near the entrance are fairly low. This won't be a problem for most people. However if you are tall, you may have to watch your head while entering and exiting.
