The Charming Manor is only 4 min from Beloit College & Downtown; close to the heart of Beloit! Owners do not live in the house. The Manor is private, used only for bookings; the house has 5 private separate bedrooms but the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are shared. This room in The Manor, Room # 2 also has its own microwave and mini fridge. Safe neighborhood, it's the perfect space for travelers! 9 min from Beloit Health System! Walgreens and gas station nearby. SHARED KITCHEN includes: refrigerator, dining table, microwave, stove, dishes, pots, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and more. SHARED LIVING ROOM includes: sofas, chairs, coffee table, bookshelves with a variety of books. SHARED BATHROOM includes: shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and fresh towels. PRIVATE BEDROOM includes: Fresh bed linens, extra blanket available, closet with hangers, dresser, iron, hair dryer, cable TV, microwave and mini refrigerator. The bedroom is on the second level of the house, which will require to go up a flight of stairs. Travelers Housing will provide first 2 rolls of toilet paper but anything after that it is guest responsibility. Washer and dryer are available but you must bring your own detergent if needed. Please note that our regular custom cleaning fee is $25 but for guests that stay long term (over 2 weeks) will be charged a $35-$50 cleaning fee, depending how long the stay is. There is also a binder full of recommendations I like to give our guest their space but I am always available if needed. I can also be reached at all times via texting or phone calls. Safe and walking distance from downtown Beloit. A great place to eat and have a snack. Every Saturday during the summer Beloit hosts a farmers market that's rated #2 in the state, next to Madison being #1.
