Joan's Pecan Farm

The décor is country farmhouse with eclectic furnishings. The kitchen is totally modern. There are two porches, one screened and the other with windows. Additionally, a new replacement deck has been completed. There are TVs in BR, LR, and Kitchen. The house sits on a 10 acre pecan farm. Walking and biking available. The guest room has an adjoining bathroom which both are off the back of the living room with screened in porch easily accessable. Guests have control of their own heat/air thermostat. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Space in the refrigerator can be made available upon request. Ice and cold water can be dispensed from refrigerator by guest. Country setting 5 minutes from ASU Beebe and 20 minutes from Harding University. WiFi 500 mbps. Plenty of convenient country parking even if you're moving with a truck. Area quiet and safe.
