The house has a maximum occupancy of eight (8) people. It is situated close to the centers of interests such as the Massif, Mont Ste-Anne and the Nordic spa. The area is very good for alpine skiing among other winter activities and only forty (45) minutes from downtown Québec City and Baie St-Paul Charlevoix .
