ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE Wheather you are traveling to Alamosa for business or vacation, this 2 bedroom - 1 bath recently remodeled home in downtown Alamosa will be the perfect fit for you and your group! you'll have the house to yourself with a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer on site, keyless entry door, great back yard area with grass, playground, barbecue grill and sitting area. There is one queen size bed, two twin size beds and one pull out bed. We only have street parking. You'll be provided with the combination code to the front door before your arrival. You are renting the whole house, I won't be there unless you need assistance. Great area of town, walking distance to ASU, shops and restaurants. Deer are usually close to the house. We are dog friendly and accommodations are FREE but we require our guests to keep off dogs from furniture and bedding, pick up their waste, make sure dogs don't track mud inside (especially if it has been raining or snowing) and pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated..
