Welcome to my large and bright basement living area. Perfect for one or two guest. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The family room has a stacked stone fire place with a TV above. There's a full kitchen with granite counters. You will also have a private entrance, parking for one car, and a private outdoor patio with a fireplace with a TV above. Located in the only gated community in Fayetteville. Perfect for stays of 30 days or more! Private entrance and patio. You will have your own area and it is very private. We are excited to meet new people and help you have a great trip. People from all backgrounds are very welcomed. We love meeting new people from around the world! It is life in a private upscale residential area...where you can enjoy a healthy lifestyle, outdoor living in an extremely safe, friendly, multicultural community, with easy access to the city of Atlanta....we call our area "the bubble" because it's a uniquely beautiful surprise just South of Atlanta. Located in a gated community. Uber is very popular here and easy to assess. Atlanta is about 30 miles north and also an easy drive or Uber. Uber to the airport is around $30. You can walk to a small store for every day items if needed. We are big dog lovers and have a lab, DUKE and two Viszlas who bark, who sometimes runs the yard, but are very sweet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can prepare. Dogs need to be totally house trained , up on all shots, and if left alone I would like them kenneled. Also, note that there is only one, possibly two parking spaces available. And no additional guest are allowed (of course exceptions can be made, just communicate with me!)
