Beautiful home 4 medical & longer term travelers

This is a private room and bathroom in my personal home. Remodeled in 2019, its new construction equivalent. Off street parking, Dead end street, inground pool, tons of space (almost 6000sf). 6 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces. Designed 4 medical travelers, ESPN employees, & longer term non transient stays. There are often 2 medical travelers in this home at a time. I work normal hours and no unusual habits or issues. No pets. $1200 security deposit required and returned on day of departure. I keep a clean home. Shoes off at the front door kind of place. Very convenient location in central CT. Everything you could want is within 15 minutes. I am also only about 3 minutes from ESPN headquarters. Guests can go anywhere in the house, I have 2 large living rooms with large TVs so people can watch different shows in different living rooms at the same time. Inground pool, garage, yard, back deck, grill, fire pit, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garage, fireplaces, office with printer, are all areas guests can access. I work normal hours, and am available very often. We can interact as often as you choose. I am familiar with all local restaurants and towns if you need any advice. We have had group dinners on occasion and occasionally have activities that you can join in on. For example we had a little birthday party for a medical traveler over the summer. This is a really nice street, dead end, nice houses, quiet, and really close to all the civilization you'll need. I am very familiar and can help you with restaurants, destinations, and learning the area in general. I believe I have one of the more expensive listings in the area but I also believe I have the nicest one. There’s so much room, nearly 6000sf, and the home is beautiful and clean. We have 3 refrigerators so there’s plenty of space for food. I’ve had wonderful experiences with travelers so far. Everyone has been nice and everyone has gotten along.
