New North Park Stylish Studio

This stylish studio cottage is centered in the in the historic, diverse and eclectic uptown neighborhood of North Park. It is set off the street and boasts a quiet private sitting area for morning coffee or evening drinks. You have a full kitchen, bathroom, living area as well as a washer/dryer. You will be near everything you may want or need to do: Airport, Balboa Park, SD Zoo, Downtown/Gas Lamp Quarter, Petco Park, dozens of restaurants and brew bubs, and near all Beaches & Coronado Island. This quaint cottage offers a full kitchen with full size fridge, range/oven, toaster, microwave, keurig coffee maker & tea pot. Some coffee, hot chocolate, tea, a few bottles of water and a few snacks for your arrival. Pots, pans and dishes so you can stay in and cook or warm up leftovers. Laundry soap, hand soap, lotion, plenty of towels, shampoo & a hair dryer. Eat at the kitchen bar counter top. Laminate wood flooring throughout with area rugs within the home. Guests can also use the shared yard that offers a Palapa with an outdoor kitchen/ BBQ, TV, and fire pit . An additional fire pit to sit around is also available.
