A 20 min car drive to Downtown and about 35 minute ride on the Metra Train. Great stay for area workers; located near hospitals, automotive, and steel plants. Walking distance to grocery store, Walgreens, and restaurants. You'll have access to wifi, fridge, use of kitchen, stove, and microwave. The bed is a comfy full size futon with thick mattress. The room has a desk and table lamp. The full bathroom is shared, but you will have a half bathroom that is for your use only. People often say they feel quite relaxed in my home and overall it's a comfortable space. Your private room, kitchen, living room, half bathroom and main bathroom. Depending on my work schedule, I may be present or may have to have a co-host assist. Either way, please let me know how your stay can be more enjoyable. The neighborhood is usually quiet and is family oriented. The bus stop is a block and a half away. You can take that to the Metra Station which will get you downtown in about 30 minutes, be sure to view train schedule. Please read the welcome letter in your room.
