Riverfront Luxury in the Kingsley Guest House

Welcome to luxury! This 1,642 sq. ft. suite over looks the Mississippi River through seven, 8' tall windows! White columns, 2 crystal chandeliers and beautifully appointed furniture, are yours to enjoy while sitting by a mirrored, gas fireplace. Make your meals in a large sky-lit kitchen with all new appliances and 2 ovens! The suite boasts a well appointed king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv, a an antique desk & a 2 story closet! The retro pink bathroom includes a fun shower/jacuzzi combo. The Kingsley Guest House is located on the 3rd floor of the Kingsley Inn hotel which is an 19 room property. All guests of the hotel are able to use the piano in the lobby, the pool table in the Billiards room on 2nd floor and the use of the Parlor next to the Billiards room. We also have the Courtyard area outside for our guests to enjoy a drink or catch up on some reading. I live on property and am available as needed! The Kingsley Inn is located in the historical riverfront district of Ft. Madison, Iowa. Amtrak and Southeast Iowa Regional Airport make getting to Ft. Madison so easy! The Amtrak station isn't far from the hotel and we can make arrangements to give you a ride to and from the hotel. Chicago, IL and Kansas City, MO are less than a 4 hour ride with Amtrak! SEIA Regional Airport is located in Burlington, Iowa and is less than a 30 minute ride to the hotel. The Kingsley Inn is located on the Mississippi Riverfront. Our charming town is a transportation hub for river, vehicle and train traffic. We get around 100 trains passing through here daily. We offer a white noise sound machine and ear plugs for our sensitive sleeper guests.
