There is a nice office, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room. Outside you'll find seating in the front and in the back including a grill. You can walk to all the restaurants and stores in downtown Patagonia. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It would be good to have a car to visit the lake, or the Sonoita wineries. In the town of Patagonia you can walk everywhere. Our Airbnb is walking distance to everything in town. A bicycle would also definitely be a nice way to get around. Patagonia is a great little town. It has a couple of restaurants, an organic grocery store, a coffee shop and several galleries with fun (local) knick knacks. There are numerous wineries to experience in nearby Sonoita. Patagonia is also a world renowned location for bird watching.
