If you're a student/family/friend of student and need a place not too far from Molloy, Adelphi, or Hofstra this location is located less than 10 minutes from all three. Home comes equipped with all you could possibly need. Full use of kitchen and all appliances. Bathroom is shared with one other person and is always kept clean. There's a washer on premises. You will be given towels and toiletries upon arrival. This spacious, well lit room is great for those who are looking for a short to long term stay. Room comes with queen bed, closet and storage space I will be available via phone/in person to field any questions you may have about the home or getting around in the area as well as NYC. My neighborhood is very convenient for students and professionals who work or attend school in the area. It is a nice, quiet area. There are several options for getting around. For those without a vehicle, a bus stop is less than one minutes walk away from the home and the house is a 4 minute bus ride from Rockville Centre's LIRR stop and a 8 minute bus ride from Lakeview LIRR stop. For those who drive, but did not bring their vehicle, a rent a car is less than a minute's walk from the home. For those who drive and will bring there car there is both street parking and parking on the premises.
