Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! Or spend the night in and enjoy Netflix or Hulu Live on us. This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else! Temperature controls are not available in the Downtown Studio but can be adjusted upon request. Laundry room is through the back door of the house. Code for the back door is available upon request. Check-in is self-sufficient and we leave the space completely to you but management is available upon request! YMCA and Marathon headquarters are one block away. Findlay Brewing Company and Alexandria's taproom and tiki rooftop bar is a 0.3 mile walk as well as many other restaurants. Coffee shops and boutiques are also in walking distance. Kroger Grocery is less than a mile away. Riverside Park and public pool are just one mile away. Be sure to get some Dietsch Brother's ice cream or chocolates! Walk, drive, or take a Lyft to your favored locations.
