"Ye Old Ligonier House"

"Ye Old Ligonier House" is located on Rt. 30 just 1/4 mile east of the Ligonier diamond. This house sits on 2.3 acres of land and surrounded by two creeks. The main floor is available, including living room with queen futon, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1950's kitchen for 4, and sun porch that seats 6. With all hardwood floors, you'll find this quaint house to be neat and tidy. Pets not allowed. Wi-Fi is available with streaming and live antenna TV. Complimentary coffee and tea. There is a private drive and the property has a creek on both sides making your stay safe and private. Enter via the front door and have the entire first or main floor available to you. During your stay, you will have complete privacy while occupying the entire first floor. The doors leading to the second floor and basement will be locked leaving both unoccupied and unavailable. If available, I will greet you, give a tour of the property, and provide contact information as well as information about Ligonier. Within a short walk across the field is one of Ligonier's favorite diners, Ruthie's, a local favorite. Walking to the center of town is possible via old Rt. 30 with a 15-20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Ten minute drive to Idlewild Park and 15 minute drive to Laurel Mt. Ski Resort Ligonier is 10 minutes from Idewild Park going West and 15 minutes to Laurel Mt. Ski Resort traveling East. Either one is an easy drive on Route 30.
