Quiet Comfort in the Burbs: Entire Lower Level

We offer a quiet, comfortable space for your time in the Twin Cities. Guests have access to most of the lower level of our home, which includes a TV/game room, reading/computer room (with a futon), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Hospitality in a clean, healthy environment is our #1 goal. Extra measures are taken to sanitize all surfaces in addition to our usual thorough cleaning. We offer snacks, soft drinks and coffee/tea with access to a mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig machine. We are located just 15 miles from downtown Minneapolis and all its cultural and recreational opportunities, an easy Uber or Lyft ride to US Bank Stadium (Vikings), Target Field (Twins) or TCF Bank Stadium (Gophers). We are 25 miles from MSP International Airport and 22 miles from the Mall of America. Guests enter through the front door and then go downstairs to their accommodations. Key access is arranged ahead of time. We will almost always be here at home when guests are here, but our living area is very separate. We love meeting and visiting with our new friends, but grant complete privacy and only interact with you enough to fully meet your desires and needs during your stay. We live in the Imperial Hills neighborhood of Plymouth, known for its large private lots, well-kept traditional homes, big trees and peaceful atmosphere. Local Uber and Lyft drivers are in abundance, as well as taxi service. Public transportation access is a few miles away. PLEASE NOTE: Our home is not fully child-proofed and there is an open stairway. We are happy to host families with infants or children over 12. (Sorry—we’ve just had a few negative experiences.) If you have a little one or a unique situation please contact us ahead of time about it. We are always open to special circumstances and may not charge extra for small children depending on the age and situation.
