Chateau Relax-O is situated on a private residential road. The cottage is located on our secluded property in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Our property is located close to Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside and Seagrove Beach. The rental unit is upstairs with a view of the bay. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. One bedroom has a double bed and TV. The Master Bedroom has a double bed with TV, and also has 2 twin beds which are separated by a privacy curtain. The Master Bedroom also has 1/2 bath with a sink and toilet. We are located approximately 11 minutes from our beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches and HWY 30-A. We are also four minutes away to the Choctawhatchee bay boat launch next to the 331 bridge. There is plenty of room on grounds for your boat or RV parking. There is a gas grill for your convenience. The Rental unit is located upstairs. You will have access to the area around the Chateau which includes a screened in porch and a table and chairs outside to sit. There is also access to the gas grill. We live on the property downstairs and will be here you if you need us, otherwise we will respect your privacy Our neighborhood is 11 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of South Walton. We have a private estate near the bay. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that there are no loud parties. We are located under large oaks and native pine trees. A wonderful place to unwind in privacy after a day at the beach or shopping at the amazing shops along 30-A! There is local Uber service and many bike rentals in the area.
