WiFi and Dish TV. Large walk-in closet, dresser, and mirrors. With Lockable door if desired. A Large master bath with jet tub, shower, vanity, soaps and shampoo and a large supply of towels etc. hair dryer, iron and ironing board all included. The Adjoining loft equipped with seating, table chairs, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, where snacks and drinks are included. Homemade breakfast daily is provided or continental on request, please specify preference 1 or 2 days prior to arrival. See our hummingbirds feed on the deck feeders or wildlife, deer, and wild turkeys and Bears on occasion right here on the property if they decide to cooperate. Please See pet information below. Brasstown Valley Resort and Golf Course is located a quick 3 or 4 minute drive from my home. Pet 🐶 dogs UNDER 20 POUNDS are accepted upon request, however YOU MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR PET AT ALL TIMES. Guests must provide host with type, size and must be properly house trained and be crated at night ( may not be necessary?). Due to a bad experience ! ! Pets must never be left alone and once again must accompany owners at all times when they are inside or out of the house with no exceptions. Certain types of dogs are not permitted. A pet fee may or not be charged upon arrival or departure , price depending on your pets and discussions with host. Should there be no problems it would be totally refundable. Due to host allergies 🐈 Cats are definitely not permitted. My home is secluded as are most homes in our quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy the quiet nights away from traffic sounds and city lights.
