This room has 2 large windows, high ceilings, a large closet and a linen closet. There is also a work station available in room. Laundry room located on the main floor just across from the kitchen. Parking space available for 1 car. . Weekly/monthly welcome. (Working class ) Perfect space for a Traveling Nurse. Private suite in a shared home. Comfortable living space (1 room) available in our lovely home at Jenkinsburg Station, located 6 miles from route 75, Tanger mall and the local shopping area. All guests are welcome to shared spaces including laundry room. Our outdoor space is where we unwind. There is space available for dinning on the deck or come relax with us in the gazebo on the lower deck. I'm a people person who enjoys good company. Very easy going and laid back but do know how to have a good time. Very hands on and will make myself available as needed, but also allow my guests to have their personal time. Our local Dollar General and Gas station is about 1/2 a mile from the subdivision. All the local restaurants and shopping are 6 miles away. Tanger outlet mall, Walmart, Denny's, Waffle House, and Locust Grove Train Viewing Platform. Atlanta Motor Speedway is only 20 miles. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is only 40 miles away World of Cocoa Cola 44 miles away. There are no local bus routes, but Uber and Lyft are readily available. We are only a 45 mins drive to Atlanta. Airport pick up and drop off is available for an additional charge. Maximum 4 suitcases. $40 oneway and $75 round trip. (Cheaper than Lyft and Uber) Have a liking for Jamaican cuisine or would just like to try? Breakfast, Lunch or dinner is available with prior notice for an additional charge. $10- $15 a plate.
