There are neighbors but the neighbors are mostly family and trusted friends. Our daughter lives next door and would be available if you need anything immediately. We live about 20 minutes away. The kitchen stove is currently not working but there is a microwave, toaster, hotplate and numerous small appliances available if you would like to cook during your stay.
