Enter the home and you will find a kitchen breakfast nook with bench seating up to 6 guests.  The kitchen is well stocked with all of the amenities you will need including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,  standard coffee maker and toaster. In the living room area you will find ample seating for all of your guests. Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. There is cable satellite and also a DVD player and stereo with CD player to enjoy your personal favorites.  Added to the living area is a bar height table for four. Perfect for a board game, or building a puzzle. To the left of the living area is a half bath and a stackable washer and dryer combo provided for your use. Head to the back yard to enjoy the well manicured fully fenced yard and deck area. Upstairs is where you will find all three bedrooms. Admire the wall to wall mural of beautiful Big Bear Lake at the top of the landing. To the right you will find the first bedroom complete with a Full size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Twin bunk and a Full size futon. There is a flatscreen TV wth DVD player. Across the hall you will find a the Master bedroom with a King size bed and flatscreen TV. There is a pocket door adjoining the master to the homes full bathroom. This home is Big Bear coziness at its best. It has all the right amenities to enjoy your vacation! You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
