Close to Bryan College, Laurel Snow Trails, Watts River and less than an hour from Chattanooga. Quiet neighborhood in downtown Dayton If you do choose to bring your pet(s) with you, please note there is a $40 per pet cleaning fee. Please note, there is a limit of 3 pets per stay. Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. A $300 fine will he applied if this rule is violated. Smoking outside the home is not a problem but please do not smoke inside the home under any circumstances. Please note, televisions in this home are operated through the roku system.
