This gem is tucked away on one of the highest hilltops in the Santa Rosa foothills, surrounded by palms and overlooking stunning views of Sonoma County. If you have dreamed of paradise in Wine Country, here is your chance to make that dream come true. Prepare for breathtaking views, relaxation at its finest, and an unforgettable vacation. Exterior No winegrowing region in the world has come so far as quickly as Sonoma County has. California’s Wine Country offers some of the finest wines in one of the world’s most prized grape-growing areas. Discover this exclusive region and Palm Vista, one of its extraordinary gems, a 4,000-square-foot home and 850-square-foot guesthouse in the heart of Sonoma’s premium winegrowing region that makes Palm Vista a resort in paradise. Palm Vista lies on a two-acre setting in the hills of Sonoma and borders Crane Creek Regional Park, offering wide-open spaces with glorious panoramic views. A gated entry and circular driveway take you through beautiful gardens, past a pond, and on to the sheltering with a broad, stone-tiled entryway. Beautiful double glass doors welcome you into the dynamic atmosphere of the home. From the main residence just a few feet away, a bridge leads you to the 850-square-foot guesthouse,* which also has its own gated entry. The guest quarters offer stunning views of working ranches, overlooking the hills. Palm Vista offers the ideal opportunity for you to immerse yourself into a Wine Country way of life. It offers something for everyone. Kids can enjoy a marvelous play structure on the north lawn. You can take a stroll from the house to enjoy an afternoon cocktail on the terrace. The scenic views and clean, clear air make it easy to relax in the luxury of outdoor lounges and release stress. When the sun is bright, the infinity pool will lure everyone in, and the outdoor kitchen will inspire the cook in you. And as the day wanes, dip into the whirlpool spa as the skies shift from vivid blue to a magnificent orange sunset. Interior Palm Vista’s architectural design allows you to enjoy breathtaking views from each of its rooms. The 4,000-square-foot home was created for the enjoyment of indoor-outdoor living with a remarkable outdoor entertainment terrace at its heart. The great room offers stylish furnishings, and a high coved ceiling is enhanced by windows that frame dramatic views and help create its powerful ambience. After swimming, the warmth of the fireplace draws people together in conversation. Awaken the chef in you as you create the perfect meal to pair with your favorite wine. The kitchen has every amenity you could ask for. Skylights make the casual dining counter area bright and inviting during the day. For formal meals, a marble-tiled dining room seats ten under a spectacular custom glass chandelier. The master suite is located at the far end of the south wing and is accessed through white double doors. Double glass doors open to the Palm Vista terrace. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the inviting king bed, relax in a spa-like atmosphere in a soothing bath and enjoy the view, or reenergize in the oversized shower with its circular glass brick wall. Off of the living area is a graceful bedroom where large windows face the front grounds. The third bedroom—perfect for a young princess—presents a delightful fairy tale theme and a queen bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower over tub, granite vanity, and stone tile floors. The junior master bedroom suite is located at the end of the north wing. The decor will transport you to the savannas of Africa while you relax on the fine linens of the queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom has a stone tile shower, a pedestal sink, a separate toilet, and a walk-in closet. Double glass doors from the bedroom open onto the terrace and pool, a popular place for an evening dip. If the night is breezy, the outdoor heaters will ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor fire pit supplies satisfying warmth for an intimate gathering. Indoor and outdoor living is the essence of the Wine Country lifestyle, and Palm Vista has been designed to welcome you to this experience. *Guest House The guest house is just a short walk from the main home and offers all the amenities including central heat and air conditioning.
