Annie's Place

Historic mill house renovated into a private two bedroom living quarters with front and back entrances. Outside private deck. Air-conditioned and ceiling fans. Walking distance to downtown. The area has a wonderful variety of artists and musicians. Annie's place is comfortable and quiet with lots of windows. We have a collection of art work from many of the local artists. Please note the bathroom tub shower combination is for shower only. Guests have access to the house as shown and the parking area in the driveway but do not have access to the yard. Marcia is easily reached through texting (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our location is within walking distance to town but is also peaceful and quiet. The attached deck is private and overlooks seasonal flowers, trees and shrubs. You can walk to various restaurants and shops. A new brewery/eatery opened down below Swiss Avenue. This is an easy walk. Traffic is no problem if you prefer to drive. There are three grocery stores along the bypass. We are close to all your outdoor activities, hiking, rafting and skiing. Various festivals happen throughout the year. Asheville is only 40 minutes away and offers much to see and do.
