Danville Home with a View and a Large Bar/Lounge

Well-appointed, 3Bd/2Ba, in established, quiet neighborhood with spectacular views through large picture windows that look out over the Danville Country Club Golf Course. This home is just minutes from downtown Danville and only 45 minutes to Lexington and the Bluegrass Airport. Whether you're in the area for one of Kentucky's many festivals, events at Centre College, or entertainment at the Norton Center of the Arts, this home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in central Kentucky. This "smart home" is equipped with voice command lighting and security through a smart home system. An ideal place for short and long-term stays. This home offers plenty of space and amenities for the perfect stay. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ideal for guests who do not want to climb steps). Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Linens are provided. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other full bath has a tub/shower combination. Towels are provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, bakeware/cookware and utensils to prepare any meal. We also provide a kettle for making tea, a coffee maker, French press and Espresso machine. A spacious living room with a smart TV, high speed WiFi and plenty of space to enjoy time together. The "Speakeasy" on the bottom floor offers a spacious bar and entertainment area...a great place to watch the games, your favorite movies, entertain, or to wind down from a busy day. The backyard offers a fire pit with plenty of seating and a hammock (seasonal availability) to enjoy the evening sunset. Cookout on the grill on the back deck for an enjoyable evening while watching golfers pass by on Hole 7 of the Danville Country Club golf course. Utilize the picnic table or furniture on the back deck for an outdoor meal or to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with the sunrise (outdoor furniture is in storage during winter months). Guests have access to the full house upstairs (3 bedrooms/2 baths) and everything downstairs with the exception of 4 rooms in the basement (2 private bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 storage room). These rooms will be locked. I'm always available through the AirBnb app or by text/phone. Just a few minutes walk to the local bowling alley and Save-A-Lot grocery store. Only a few minutes drive to Centre College, downtown Danville and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Bourbon and Horses: Just outside of Danville, in any direction, you can hop on the Bourbon Trail for a tour of Kentucky's finest distilleries or head north to Lexington to enjoy the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park or Keeneland Race Track. Taxi services are available in the area to assist with transportation, if needed.
