Located in a quiet neighborhood next close to the Wahpeton airport. The home is a great place for families, business travelers or anybody wanting a home away from home. This apartment includes two beds (queen size) and comfortable furnishings in the living room! Guests can stream their favorite shows and movie on the smart TV in the living room so make sure to bring your login's for your favorite streaming channels (no cable provided). Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! This apartment is located on the second floor so guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guests will receive check in instructions two days before check in. Those instructions will include the address, door code to access the unit, wifi login information and basic rules while you stay with us! Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in! Thank you in advance! This unit is also NON-SMOKING. We take this very seriously, so if we found smoking to have happened we will charge a minimum $300 smoking fee.
