Access to Bike Path nearby. 10min ride to Narragansett or South Kingstown beach’s by car. Perfect for visiting your kids or working at University of Rhode Island. Modern Kitchen. Updated bath with claw foot tub. Guests will have exclusive use and are welcome in all areas of the home for the duration of there stay. Laundry is located in the basement. Brand new machines. The property is mixed use. So the rear parking for guests is limited to two spots and is shared with the owner. Owner is an electrical contractor and uses office space that is in a small building next door on occasion but he usually is off wiring something and is not always around. Guest have entire home to them selves. It is self check in so I keep interactions with guests minimal. I do ask that each guest when they first arrive let me know that they have gotten into the house ok. I have an office located in the front building next door so there is a chanced you see me or my Co-Host Alice if either of us are around that day. I am typically available any time of Day threw the ABB app. Just let me know if you ever need help with anything related to your stay and I’ll see what we can do. Located only a few doors down from town Hall Clock tower and local park. Short walk to Main Street shopping when you use the foot bridge located in back of the Wakefield Elementary School. Access to Bike path off cemetery lane is across from town hall. Extra parking available at the town hall. Located on a Public transit bus route. The house is attached to my office next door. I’m not there very often but please keep in mind rear parking area is shared.
