Welcome to Guadalupe; a little gem along California's scenic Highway 1 just 3 miles from the beautiful Guadalupe Dunes and Beach. My home has 2 private guest rooms and a private full bathroom for you, full kitchen, laundry room, & WiFi. My home is clean, warm, & very cozy. Please come visit! My home is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking miles of agricultural fields and the beautiful Casmalia Hills to the south. I have a rose garden with 25 different roses. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the rose garden or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Another unique feature is the sun room with picturesque views - great all year round for relaxing, reading, and dining. My home is less than one mile off Highway 1 - a very easy and enjoyable respite from your travels. Play the piano? Enjoy practicing on the grand piano in the living room. - Free Wi-Fi - Kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware). Use of fridge, spices, basic cooking items and tools. - Bathing towels and soaps - Light breakfast daily that includes coffee, tea, fresh fruit and toast. - Use of TV when we are not using it. - Clothes washer and dryer - Iron and ironing board I very much enjoy meeting the many travelers exploring the beautiful Central Coast. It is especially fun to meet people from other countries. I enjoy cooking and am happy to share meals with guests whenever possible. Otherwise, please enjoy the use of the kitchen. Hot coffee, fresh fruit, and light breakfast items are included with your stay. I'd be delighted to suggest nearby activities and adventures for you. The spectacular view from the backyard and the proximity to Guadalupe Beach are highlights of my home. The neighborhood is small and quiet; great for a rest before you continue with your travels. There is a public bus that you can take from this neighborhood in Guadalupe to the nearby cities of Santa Maria and Lompoc. I have two kind and well-trained yellow lab dogs.
