Entire floor in 1901 Victorian with a large bedroom with full bath and smaller room that can be used as a second bedroom with a pullout couch or an office. The town of Rockville Centre is just an 8 minute walk with amazing restaurants, movie theater and shopping. The Long Island Railroad is a 6 minute walk and just 38 minutes trip to Manhattan and if you enjoy the ocean, Long Beach is an 18 minute drive from Rockville Centre. JFK Airport is 9.5 miles while Laguardia Airport is 22 miles. Recent renovation that preserved the home's historic characteristics. Lovely garden patio and pool open from June to October. Guest will have full access to the kitchen and washer/dryer and pool area. Available as needed since i will be working. Neighborhood has other Victorian homes and is close to town where there are many great restaurants. There are also yoga studios and gyms walkable to the house. The LIRR to New York is a 6 minute walk from the house. Parking is available on the side street as well as in a secured driveway that is gated. Host has a small dog in the house that is very friendly.
