Monthly Rental with shared bathroom

Large furnished bedroom in Georgian colonial on 28 acres with manicured gardens. This room is for monthly rentals. It is a large furnished private room with TV WiFi Use of kitchen is included. You must supply your food and products and clean up after done. Dishes , glass ware, utensils and pots and pans are there for your use. The bedroom is on the third floor and the bathroom is on the second floor. It is listed as a half bath but it is a full bath with large shower. The bed is queen size. Towels are in the bathroom and washed daily. Bed Linens are supplied. The guest will have access to the laundry room amd bathroom.. Parking is free and off the road. Kitchen is available at an extra charge of $100.00 per month. We enjoy talking with our guests. The neighborhood is quiet. You will beable to jog, bike ride or just take a hike. There are hospitals, restaurants , stores, golf course, and indoor water park within 3 miles drive. Public transportation, high speed line and bus are over a mile away. I suggest you have a vehicle. This is a horse farm. The only animals permitted in the home are two parrots.
