Charming Tudor Guest House on park like setting

This newly remodeled guest house is in a park like setting on 2 groomed acres. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedroom has a king size bed and lots of drawer space with walk-in closet. The living room can be used as a bedroom, as it has a barn door and comfy pull out couch. We have 2 comfortable fold up cots available which can be used in living room and adjoining foyer. Shopping, golfing and other activities are close by. Plenty of parking - enough room to park RV if needed Keyless entry - owner to provide code Apple TV and Home Pod available for entertainment Guests have access to the driveway, guest house and yard, but not the main house or garages. The on-site hosts, Elaine and Greg, are in the main house. They are always available to receive messages and will reply quickly. They are also available to receive visitors at the main house if you need to borrow some butter or just say hello. The property is situated in Little Spokane River Estates, and is very quiet and charming. Nearby across the street is the Little Spokane River, with access nearby. Deer and wild turkey are frequently walking across the yard and property. Lyft or Uber is available from the house. The property is on Triple Butte Cir, and it's is a nice 1 mile walk around the loop. The setting is peaceful and secluded.
