One private entrance bedroom with a queen bed with a private half bath and a shared full bath. There is access to a porch with rocking chairs and dining table. There is a shared kitchenette with a microwave, coffee pot and fridge. You are welcome to cook fresh food on the outdoor grill. This is a shared space so no animals allowed. Thank you. Have lovely yard to walk around , a space to do yoga, firepit , or grill , privacy , close to Gibbs Garden . 4 miles , from place , restaurant within 5 min . Italian, Mexican, Huddle house , Mary Ann bread basket. all of these place have lovely food . the Mexican has deck with live music on Fri. and Sat.. most enjoyable . we are 5 or 10 min from Big Canoe, and close to parks . and other interesting view . also good for the leaf changing in Oct which is beautiful.. it is a quiet place , and very peaceful . , No Drama. Porch, yard, bedroom, and full bath, with small kitchenette, plenty of room to roam , sit and enjoy , rocking or swinging . have a swing and rockers for both spaces. I have . Horse's farm across street ,, all homes are 5 acre or more quiet neighborhood . people are friendly and helpful .. most have lived here all their lives.. country more or less but within 5 min. of IGA foothills /w . grocery store . deli. huddle house , Italian restaurant, and Mexican /which has outside porch . and music on weekend and sometime through the week . parking availably, Uber; you can call if needed. grocery/restaurant/ at least 6 with in 2 miles.. of house . very mild traffic / I have two dogs , Alice, and Shimmy, also a Cat Rocket.. all of these Animals , are loving and love to give it and to receive love , They will meet you at the car . they love company , but are very polite , they all know the word, no and will go away if you just say NO to them and get into their on space. if they bark , at night it is because of some animal . they do not allow other animals except some friends they have come visit. on the porch or deck. ; so there is nothing to fear from them . they are flea and worm free. and have had rabies shots.. they usually stay on their side of porch which is on the other side of your space . let me know if they bother you . but like I said just say No to them in a firm voice and they will walk away.
