Remodeled Mississippi Retreat offering Dock Slip

Enjoy this freshly remodeled home situated along the river bank of the Mighty Mississippi. The property is the ultimate place for relaxation and taking in the picturesque views of the river whether it’s from the large living room windows, the two decks or off the dock. Planning to bring a boat along? We are pleased to offer our guests access to a dock slip for $25/night during their stay. The house is spacious providing ample of space for guests to spread out inside and out. The bright open living room will welcome you and make you feel right at home as you step inside and take in the amazing views of the Mississippi. You will then find the fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of space to prepare your meals along with a dining table. The main level also has two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. When you head downstairs, you will be greeted by a living room, dining area and another kitchen. You will also find two queen bedrooms and another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Outside you will find two deck areas offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views of the river. Unwind after a day on the river, with a fire in the fire pit located in the yard while you grill supper on the gas grill. On the property, you will also find a dock that guests are welcome to hang out on and offers a great fishing spot. If you are bringing a boat along, be sure to message about reserving a dock slip during your stay so you can save time and do not have to trailer your boat every day. A dock slip is also available for rent during your stay depending on availability. The slip is $25 per night. Be sure to message to check the slip availability.
