Amazing LAKEHOUSE suite# 7

Enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway at this amazing lakefront cottage. During your stay, you can enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, hiking and biking. we have canoe, fishing boat, paddle boat and rubber dingy available for boat rentals at the cottage(suspended due to COVID) A brand new suite this season. Your suite number 7 is located on the main level. With private en-suite, wifi and designated parking spot. OWNER'S quarters on the top floor and main floor living room are off limits. GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO NATURAL GAS BBQ, THE MAIN DECK, BASEMENT COMMON AREAS, PATIOS, SWING CHAIR, FIREPIT, DESIGNATED PARKING, FULL KITCHEN, PRIVATE WATERFRONT, PRIVATE DOCKS AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPPMENTS. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and very safe. It's about 10 minutes driving to Burl's Creek Event Grounds where a lot of events host here in the summer.4 mins drive to Bayview Memorial Park. 7 mins to Oro Beach Ontario and 5mins to Trehaven Golf & Country Club. Other attractions include petting zoo, trailer parks, beach, casino, bike trail, ATV trail, hiking trail, horse race track and shooting range. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and very safe. Sorry, no buses here, this is cottage country after all so public transit is very limited, However, hosts would provide assistance on getting around, direction and maps are posted at the cottage information wall. We have 7 guest rooms/suites in the house. Room 1-4 are in the basement. Room 5-7 are on the main floor. Two RV suites, the RVs are parked right beside the boathouse at the backyard and one single detached boathouse right by the lake. If you find your dates available for one room, please search other rooms from my listings on my profile. We charge $10/hr per person for all the small boat rentals at the cottage.(suspended due to COVID) PLEASE OBEY HOUSE RULES!!!! Failure to comply will result in cancellation 1. No BBQ after dark. 2. Guests must vacate the room prior to 12 noon of the check out date. 3. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the HOME(unit) 4. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated or an additional charge may apply. 5. Early check-ins must notify the host in advance. 6. Meals are not included in the room price. 7. Please do not throw any garbage in the toilet it may cause blockages that will be fixed at the guest's expanse. 8.No pets. No parties. No drugs. will be permitted on the promises. 9. The garbage collection schedule must be followed. 10. Laundry hours must be followed. 11. be respectful to your neighbors no loud noises after 10 pm. COVID19 RULES PRACTICE HANDWASHING BEFORE AND AFTER ENTERING THE PROPERTY AND YOUR UNITS. PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF PPE WHENEVER PRACTICAL. WASH YOUR OWN DISHES OR USE YOUR OWN PAPER PLATES AND CUTLERY FOR EVERY MEAL. FOR GUEST SUITES THAT CONTAINS A SMALL FRIDGE, DO NOT STORE FOOD IN THE GUEST KITCHEN. HOST KITCHENNETT ON THE MAIN LEVEL IS OFF LIMITS. FOR COVID19 SEASON NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH ANY PPE LET US KNOW WHAT WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH.
