Lakefront Family Friendly 3 plus 1 Cottage in the Heart of Muskoka.

Clearly Ours Too is our 3 plus 1 bedroom lakefront cottage on Clear Lake in Torrance. A 5 minute drive to Bala and 15 minutes to Gravenhurst and Port Carling. Ensure you read the important notes below. Our Covid 19 protocol is adressed. Spacious year round level lot cottage with a southwest exposure. Large windows in the living room and kitchen all overlook the lake. Beautiful Clear lake with its shallow sandy shoreline makes this cottage perfect for families, kids, grandparents and swimmers. Located in the heart of Muskoka minutes to Bala and close to Gravenhurst, Port Carling and Bracebridge. Dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, Seguin boating cruises, Torrance Barrens and Hardy Lake hiking trails are all nearby. One pet allowed, additional deposit may be required - contact owner prior to booking for details. Day guests Allowed. Minimum 7 day rental in July & August. No linens & towels supplied. Important Notes: 1) Before booking, guests must contact cottage owner regarding the composite of the group. The pricing is for up to 6 people. There is an additional cost of $250 per person to a total Max of 8 people allowed at Clearly Ours Too. The extra person cost must be paid directly to & pursuant to the owners terms. Long weekends and holidays incurr additional costs. 2) First time guests must contact cottage owners, discuss the separate minimum refundable $500 damage/security/cleaning deposit and agree to the terms. This refundable fee must be paid directly to & pursuant to the owners terms. 3) The cottage owner will send the customised documents to the guest for completion. Once recieved, guests will receive a welcome letter which contains usefully information about their stay including the contactless key pad entry code. 4) Only those adults who self disclose that they have recieved their full Covid-19 vaccination are allowed at Clearly Ours & Clearly Ours Too.. 5) July and August are minimum 7 day rentals. Other times subject to discussion. We have a t tin boat with 9.9 motor for $475 ( one week minimum rental) Next door, is Clearly Ours which is our 4 bedroom cottage, great for large families.
