On the lake, stunning views, gorgeous updated home

The Boathouse is a lovely lakefront home, newly constructed in 2014 and just refurnished in 2020. In the winter, it is a quiet place at the end of a long driveway to be cozy and warm with family and friends before and after adventures in the snow. In the summer, it is a great place to enjoy the water and gorgeous views of the Green Mountains in Vermont. Snuggle into the cozy beds and down comforters in the winter and open the massive sliding glass doors in every room in the summer. At the Boat House you’ll watch the sun rise, see views of the Adirondack Mountains, slip off your shoes and be in the lake in seconds, sit in the Adirondack chairs at sunset, and enjoy the fire pit, starry sky, and roasted marshmallows at night. The space This house is ½ mile off the road with total privacy. The lake is 50 feet from your (Website hidden by Airbnb) are views of the lake and mountains from every room. Radiant heat warms the floors in the winter. Sliding glass doors open up to welcome the breeze in the summer. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs with soft sheets, down duvets, extra blankets and pillows, new mattresses, pillows, and towels. Upstairs is a small bedroom (with a balcony + view of the lake) with a futon, flat screen TV, desk, and half bathroom. Upstairs is also an open loft with some extra space for playing games, doing yoga, or reading a book. The living room couch is also a pull out and we have a memory foam topper to make it comfy. The house works great for families and groups of friends. The kitchen is large and stocked for making family meals. The fire pit out front is a great place to host drinks and evenings by the lake. We are sorry but we don't allow pets. The owners are allergic. Guest access While you're staying here, the house will be your private oasis. The lake is super fun and wonderful for playing in in July + August. We have some fun lake toys in the garage. Things to do Montreal and Burlington are each about an hour away and make for fun day trip. The Adirondack Mountains are nearby for great day hikes. Sailing + Windsurfing are incredible on Lake Champlain. Skiing is great at nearby Whiteface Ski Resort. The road cycling is unparalleled and you can literally ride without seeing many cars for 50+ miles. There is absolutely no smoking inside or outside the home. if anyone in your party smokes, this isn't the home for you.
