Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Nice cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks and relaxing. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms. The cottage is right of of Lowell Street Classic two bedroom one bath cottage. There is no stand alone oven, but a toaster/convection oven and microwave are provided. There is a stove top. There is NO full oven! :) There is electric heat for the colder months and a window a/c for the summer. Side yard and entire cottage. Parking is in front of the cottage. I am available for questions by airbnb, phone or text. Quiet and close to the beach and Mears State Park. Everything is within walking distance. There is some shared space in the backyard. The side yard is set up for outdoor picnic and activities. Designated parking in front of the cottage. There is no full oven in the kitchen. Please see description.
