This residence is located in the Heart of Georgian Bay in the quaint town of Port McNicoll, sitting on 2.5 acres of natural beauty offering a picturesque view from the Suite to all nature can offer. Minutes from Georgian Bay and surrounding towns with annual events and numerous activities including but not limited to restaurants culture theater, shops, bike/walking trails, ski hills, snowmobile trails and so much more. Noels's Nest is equipped for a night away, to hosting special events. A large private luxurious suite, fully furnished with 2-queen bed (another twin bed can be added), bar fridge, private bathroom with a rainfall shower that can accommodate 2 people, private TV in the suite, common area steps from the suite for family enjoyment offering a communal 55" TV, communal snack area with full fridge, microwave, coffee, tea and snacks. Shared kitchenette and dining room for your meal preparation and eating enjoyment Guest access to the private Suite, private bath, shared guest common area, shared guest snack/kitchen area, grounds outside, fire-pits, BBQ, arrangement to share property kitchen for meal private meal preparation. I am always excited to meet new guests. You will access your Suite through the main entrance to my home as I greet you upon arrival. Because I live in the home, I will be available to assist at any time with any questions or needs that might arise, but also respect my guests' privacy. I can always be available by phone, text or email. The Suite is located on the second floor of my home, thus having to reach the Suite via a stairway. On this beautiful property you may see a deer, a fox, a multitude of birds, squirrels, and chipmunks to name a few. There are walking trails throughout the property, decks for enjoyment, rock and flower gardens, fire-pits, and various seating areas to relax with a good book. Minutes from Georgian Bay and surrounding towns with annual events and numerous activities including but not limited to restaurants, culture, theater, shops, bike/walking trails, ski hills, snowmobile trails, and so much more. Noel's Nest is equipped for a night away from things, all the way to hosting a special event/venue such as a wedding, girls' weekend away, a party theme such as "Mad Hatters Party", Yoga Retreat, Guitar Jam around the fire-pit, or I am open to suggestions. If you are a bike enthusiast, we are moments away from the Tay Shore Trail, coupled with numerous areas for biking, walking and hiking along Georgian Bay. Because we are rural, we do not have public transportation, but all activities and major cities are minutes away by car ride. For those wanting a longer stay laundry can be available at an extra charge. There are 2 other suites available at Noel's Nest Bed and Breakfast to accommodate all your stay/event needs. A continental breakfast is included; however, I would love to prepare a dinner for you, catering for your event or a Caribbean flare to any meal at a reasonable and negotiated extra charge. Extra fee for wood for use of fire pit and extra fee for use of propane for BBQ - to be discussed/negotiated and weather permitting.
