We would love to welcome you to our recently remodeled, 3 BR/1B home located on a quiet dead-end street next to the Ruston Sports Complex. State of the art tank-less water heater for long showers. Prepare meals in the newly remodeled, all electric kitchen that includes a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. WIFI/cable is available with a smart TV for Netflix or Amazon Prime. The house has a full size W/D. Sleeps 7 with the roll-away bed. Only a few minutes drive La Tech and GSU. Check-in 3 pm,check-out 10 am. Please contact us for any issues or requests. No smoking, no pets. Roll-away bed available. Single car carport with parking for up to 3 cars on a private drive. We are available and live nearby. Five minutes drive to the Louisiana Tech campus and 15 minutes to the Grambling State University campus.
