Other things to note Ladder and stairs — The home is three stories and requires use of stairs. The lofts are accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children. Parking — This unit parks 2 to 3 cars depending on size in tandem. Parking is uncovered. Access can be tight due to the alley configuration. Large vehicles are very hard to maneuver in and out. No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment.
